Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• URAC-certified case management credential (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN/COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans considering injuries, medications, and job duties.
• Interview patients to assess recovery and occupational relevance.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Assist in modifying job duties for early return to work.
• Manage workload and provide status updates to customers.
