Job summary

Enlyte is hiring a Field Case Manager in a full-time, hybrid role. The position requires regular local travel for in-person appointments and is based around Nashville, TN. You will coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients to ensure cost-effective care and safe return-to-work outcomes.

We seek an RN with a nursing degree and 2+ years of clinical experience, ideally with workers’ comp exposure. Strong computer skills and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled workers.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers to tailor plans.
• Modify job duties to enable early return to work when feasible.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for clients.
