Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager for a field-based role covering CA, OR, WA, AZ, AK, HI, ID and NV. You will translate HIT insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, workflows, care coordination and operational efficiency across health systems.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to educate customers on EHR-enabled tools, support implementation decisions, and contribute HIT expertise to account planning while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years in healthcare/pharma industry.
Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR roles in care settings.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory workflows and HIT.
Customer-facing experience with EHR products and governance.

Responsibilities

Partner with health-system stakeholders and GSK teams to align HIT resources with needs.
Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights and barriers for compliant improvements.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and evaluation support.
Add HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with insights.
Serve as HIT SME across Market Access, coordinating field input on tools.
Ensure customer governance decisions align with policy and compliance.
