• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with EHR products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with needs and technology environments.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access, coordinating customer support and scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions while complying with policies and legal requirements.
