Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, and data insights to identify compliant opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement; share insights and risks.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access, coordinating field input on scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, and governance decisions within policy.
