Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to cover CA, OR, WA, AZ, AK, HI, ID, NV with field-based responsibilities. You will translate HIT insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, workflows, and care coordination across systems.

You will educate customers on EHR-enabled resources, support evaluations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HIT capabilities with customer needs and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a healthcare field.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharma industry.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics/EHR roles in patient-care settings.
• Experience with major EHR platforms and clinical workflows.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, and data insights to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and support evaluations.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and engagement.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other units.
• Ensure governance decisions align with policies and compliance.
