Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in healthcare or pharma industry.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR roles in healthcare setting.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs with EHR products.
• Experience with multiple EHR platforms and related tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality measures and value-based care.
• Project and change management in EHR adoption and workflow readiness.
• Epic or major EHR vendor certification or RHIA/RHIT/CPHIMS.

Aufgaben

• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK units.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions per GSK policies and compliance.
