Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive new business, expand market share, and build revenue pipelines. You will secure new clients, manage relationships, and promote our full suite of make ready, repair and maintenance services across a field-based role with substantial travel.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of outside sales, a proven track record, sharp prospecting skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders from frontline to C-level.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in services or construction
• Proven track record of securing new clients and growing accounts through cold calling, cross-selling & referrals
• Solution-based sales with ability to engage decision-makers and tailor solutions at all levels

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, visits, cold calls, referrals and networking
• Expand and retain accounts by building trusted relationships and offering additional services
• Promote MultiPro’s full suite of services to property teams and clients
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution
• Develop tailored proposals and support annual price agreements
• Represent MultiPro at industry events, meetings, and client engagements
