Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to expand our outreach across the United States. The role focuses on building referral networks, generating leads, and closing new partnerships with healthcare professionals and community organizations.

The position is field-based with a guaranteed base salary plus commission, and requires proof of local market networks, strong communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in business development, healthcare sales, or closely related field.
• Established referral network within local market.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close new business, and build repeat referrals.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with professional referral sources.
• Identify prospective clients and partners via market research, events, and networking.
• Develop key referral sources including hospitals, senior communities, and physician offices.
• Generate qualified leads and guide partners through the referral process.
• Represent Helping Hearts at meetings, events, and community programs.
• Maintain pipeline in CRM, with timely follow-ups and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, scheduling, recruiting, and marketing teams.
