Logical Position is a leading digital marketing agency seeking a Business Development Representative to introduce prospective clients to our services. You will research businesses, build your own lead pipeline, and engage business owners through phone and email outreach.

You’ll receive a structured five-week sales training program focused on our services, sales process, and proven approach to helping clients succeed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, business development, customer acquisition, or revenue-generating experience.
• Experience engaging prospective customers through outbound outreach, including phone and email.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships, uncover customer needs, and communicate value effectively.
• Basic technical aptitude and the ability to learn CRM systems, sales tools, and new technology.

Responsibilities

• Cold call, email, and prospect businesses to build a qualified pipeline.
• Qualify prospects through consultative discovery to understand their marketing challenges and budgets.
• Clearly communicate and sell LP's value proposition to improve performance and grow business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and timely sales notes to ensure reliable pipeline tracking.
