Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our Genius team and drive growth for Genius and other Global Payments solutions across restaurants, retail, and services.

You will own a consistent pipeline, deliver consultative presentations both in-person and virtually, and collaborate with your District Manager to close sales in a short cycle. A valid driver's license and 75% field time are required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably SaaS/fintech/merchant services.
• Minimum of one year of B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, face-to-face and virtual.
• 75% field time with a valid driver's license; live within 2 hours of posting location.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to demonstrate Genius solutions.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce.
