Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive the adoption of Genius® and other payment solutions for small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service sectors.

You will manage a robust field pipeline, deliver value-based presentations both in person and virtually, and collaborate with district leadership to identify new opportunities and close deals quickly. A driver’s license and 75% field time are required.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales success, preferably SaaS/fintech or merchant services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, results-driven with a team mindset.
• Professional presence and ability to connect with business owners.
• Willing to spend 75% of time in the field with a valid driver's license.
• Resident within 2 hours of job posting location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and Global Payments solutions to SMBs.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting and local networking.
• Deliver consultative presentations in-person and virtually to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales.
• Maintain pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce with call notes and follow-ups.
