Job summary

Sartorius North America is seeking a Field Applications Specialist for Chrom/TFF, remote in the Central Region & Canada. You will provide application expertise, run trials, train customers, and support adoption of downstream processing solutions including centrifugation, chromatography, and TFF systems.

Requirements include a life sciences degree and 3+ years in application or MSAT roles, with biologics knowledge and strong cross-functional collaboration. Travel >50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field; equivalent demonstrated professional experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in application support, field applications, or MSAT in downstream processing.
• Experience in biologics manufacturing; cell/gene therapy exposure is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and document findings with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate process requirements into product and workflow recommendations to accelerate adoption of downstream systems.
• Design, coordinate, and document evaluation plans, onboarding activities, and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Provide technical insights to support opportunity development and portfolio fit.
• Share field feedback to support portfolio enhancements.
• Train and develop other Field Applications Specialists and Sales team.
