Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Field Applications Specialist for Chrom/TFF in a remote role covering the Central Region & Canada. You will be the technical partner, supporting evaluations, trials, and training to accelerate downstream processing solutions.

With 3+ years in application support or MSAT, you will troubleshoot, document outcomes, and collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Product Management to ensure customer success. Travel >50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in application support, MSAT, or downstream process development with customer-facing experience.
• Experience in biologics manufacturing; cell/gene therapy exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customer evaluations, application assessments, and technical consultations by translating process requirements into product and workflow recommendations.
• Design, coordinate, and document customer evaluation plans, onboarding activities, and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders to protect customer productivity.
• Provide application expertise during opportunity development with technical insights and portfolio recommendations.
• Capture customer feedback and competitive intelligence to support portfolio enhancements.
• Train customers on new technologies and support start-up activities.
• Support Quality investigations and complaint resolution through technical analysis.
• Provide monthly territory activity reports and updates to management.
