Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Field Application Engineer (electronics) for a fully remote role serving Texas and surrounding regions. You will support regional sales managers, present FPGA/DSP, RF, and embedded computing capabilities, and translate customer needs into technical recommendations for aerospace and defense applications.

You will act as the technical bridge between customers, sales and internal teams, supporting pre-sales engagements and providing ongoing technical assistance

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering/CS required.
• 3+ years in field applications, technical sales, or systems engineering.
• Strong hardware/software integration and embedded computing knowledge.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Ability to present capabilities and solutions to customers.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more, including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales managers by understanding customer requirements.
• Recommend technical solutions and present product roadmaps.
• Act as a bridge between customers, sales and internal teams.
• Participate in pre-sales engagements and provide technical assistance.
• Engage across the customer lifecycle from needs to implementation.
