Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Field Application/Sales Engineer (electronics) to support aerospace, defense, and industrial customers. This remote role covers the Texas region and parts of Canada, requiring frequent travel for multi-day customer visits and on-site demonstrations.

You will translate customer requirements into technical solutions, present FPGA/DSP-based platforms, and collaborate with regional sales teams to drive product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in Field Applications Engineering or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong hardware/software integration and embedded computing understanding.
• Experience translating customer needs into technical requirements or product recommendations.
• Proven ability to provide technical sales support and collaborate with regional sales managers.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales managers by capturing customer requirements and recommending technical solutions.
• Present product capabilities, roadmaps, and qualification programs to customers.
• Act as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and internal teams during pre-sales engagements.
• Travel 50%+; manage multi-day customer visits and on-site demonstrations.
