Job summary

Cars Commerce Inc. is seeking a driven, field-based Account Executive to own customer success, retention, and growth within the Greater Austin/Central Texas territory. You will maintain relationships through in-person visits, sell expanding products, and deliver measurable value using the Cars Commerce Platform.

Applicants should have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, strong qualification, and proven quota attainment. Travel 75%+ and Salesforce CRM discipline are required for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience with a media, digital advertising, marketing SaaS, or automotive solutions background.
• Proven, multi-year quota attainment with specific numbers and rankings.
• Demonstrated Salesforce proficiency and CRM hygiene as routine practice.
• Experience selling advertising or complex SaaS solutions to SMB or mid-market customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Cars Commerce customers, focusing on ongoing customer success, retention, and growth.
• Sell products and services to existing customers with regular in-person visits in the territory.
• Execute sales strategy, identify upsell opportunities, and deliver measurable value to customers.
• Manage pipeline with discipline—Salesforce hygiene, pipeline coverage, and accurate forecasting.
• Travel at least 75% of the time within the territory for face-to-face engagement.
• Partner across selling and servicing roles to maximize value from the Cars Commerce Platform.
