Job summary

Cytokinetics is seeking a Field Access Manager to lead payer strategy and field-based access initiatives across the Mid Atlantic and surrounding territories. The role partners with Sales, Patient Services, HUB vendors, and payers to ensure timely therapy initiation and ongoing access.

You will travel within territory or remotely as needed, build strong relationships with HCP offices, manage prior authorizations, and translate payer insights into actionable field plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical field reimbursement or market access roles.
• Strong knowledge of payer dynamics and prior authorization workflows.
• Experience with HUB systems and specialty pharmacy data feeds.
• Ability to resolve complex access issues in field-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage, PA workflows, and copay assistance.
• Partner with HCP offices to support benefits verification and payer documentation requirements.
• Analyze HUB, specialty pharmacy, and payer data to identify access gaps and implement compliant improvements.
• Serve as field access SME, providing approved access education to internal stakeholders without sharing patient-specific data.
