Cytokinetics, Inc. is seeking a Field Access Manager to drive patient access in the Mid-Atlantic region. The role collaborates with sales, patient services, HUB vendors, and payer stakeholders to remove access barriers and ensure therapy initiation and continuity.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in field reimbursement or access roles, deep payer knowledge, and strong CRM/MS Office skills. Travel within the territory is required to engage providers, pharmacies, and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical field reimbursement or access experience.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics and prior authorization workflows.
• Experience with HUB systems and specialty pharmacy data feeds.
• Proven ability to resolve complex access and reimbursement cases.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with HCP offices and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage and authorization workflows.
• Partner with HCP offices to support benefits verification and payer documentation requirements.
• Analyze HUB, specialty pharmacy, and payer data to identify access gaps and implement improvements.
• Serve as a field access expert and provide compliant education to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Market Access and HUB vendors to improve pull-through and reduce access frictions.
• Support launch readiness and lifecycle management by identifying barriers early and proposing field mitigations.
• Monitor access KPIs and translate insights into action plans.
• Manage high-priority escalations involving complex reimbursement issues.
