Job summary

Cytokinetics is seeking a Field Access Manager (FAM) for the Northeast, a field-based role focused on patient access in collaboration with sales, HUB vendors, and payer stakeholders. The role requires traveling within the territory to ensure access aligns with FDA labeling and payer requirements.

The FAM will resolve access barriers, provide education on payer documentation, and monitor key metrics to drive timely therapy initiation and continuity, all while maintaining compliant field

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical field reimbursement or market access.
• Strong payer dynamics & prior authorization knowledge.
• Experience with HUB systems and specialty pharmacy data feeds.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced launch environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage and PA workflows.
• Collaborate with HCP offices to verify benefits and educate on payer documentation.
• Analyze HUB, pharmacy data to identify access gaps and implement improvements.
• Provide approved access education to internal stakeholders with compliant materials.
• Support launch readiness and lifecycle management by early mitigation of access barriers.
• Monitor access metrics and translate insights into action plans.
