Job summary

Cytokinetics is seeking a Field Access Manager to support the Mid South territory (Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina) from a remote, field-based role. You’ll partner with sales, HUB vendors, patient services, and payers to resolve access barriers and ensure timely therapy initiation.

Required: a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in pharmaceutical access or reimbursement; strong payer knowledge and POA experience; willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred but not required.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical field reimbursement, patient access or market access roles.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, prior authorization workflows, and specialty pharmacy models.
• Experience with HUB systems and case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage and PA workflows.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and HUB vendors to improve pull-through and resolve access friction.
• Analyze HUB, pharmacy data, and payer trends to drive compliance and process improvements.
• Maintain compliant documentation of interventions in CRM systems and share actionable insights.
• Travel within the Mid South territory to engage providers and payer stakeholders.
