Job summary

Cytokinetics is seeking a Field Access Manager to drive patient access within the Mid Central territory. You will work with healthcare providers, HUB vendors, and payer stakeholders to streamline access from prescription to therapy initiation.

The role requires extensive experience in pharmaceutical access, payer dynamics, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve reimbursement barriers and support compliant patient services operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical field reimbursement, patient access or market access experience.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, prior authorization workflows and specialty pharmacy models.
• Experience with HUB systems and case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve patient access barriers across payer coverage and prior authorizations.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services and HUB vendors to improve access.
• Monitor access metrics and translate insights into field actions.
• Provide access education to internal stakeholders using approved materials.
