Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field reimbursement, patient access services, HUB services, specialty pharmacy, or market access support.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, prior authorization workflows, and specialty pharmacy distribution models.
• Experience with HUB systems, case management platforms, and data feeds.

Aufgaben

• Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage, prior authorization, step edits, copay assistance, and specialty pharmacy routing.
• Partner with HCP offices to support benefits verification and payer documentation requirements.
• Analyze HUB, specialty pharmacy, and payer data to identify access gaps and implement improvements.
• Serve as field access subject matter expert, providing approved education to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and HUB vendors to improve pull-through and resolve friction points.
• Monitor access metrics and translate insights into action plans.
