Ladders is seeking a Field Access Manager for the New England South region to improve patient access to therapy. This remote role partners with HCP accounts, field teams, and vendors to remove barriers, optimize workflows, and enhance the patient experience.

The candidate will monitor payer trends, ensure HIPAA compliance, and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment with travel expectations. Compensation ranges reflect market rates in the U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in patient support, pharmaceutical sales, or reimbursement.
• Knowledge of health insurance structures and access processes.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide education to HCP accounts on patient access and support programs
• Analyze access trends to identify barriers to patient access
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient satisfaction
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders for seamless access to therapy
• Monitor payer trends and address access barriers effectively
• Educate HCP offices on product coverage under various benefit designs
• Coordinate access issues with third parties, including hub vendors
