Ladders is seeking a Field Access Manager to drive patient access initiatives across our pharmaceutical client. This remote role supports education for healthcare provider accounts, addresses reimbursement barriers, and aims to streamline access to therapy with 20-25% travel to field sites.

The role collaborates with internal stakeholders, field teams, and external partners to analyze access trends, strengthen processes, and enhance patient experience while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in patient support, pharmaceutical sales, or reimbursement support.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance structures and access processes.
• Expertise in pharmaceutical compliance and HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment with 20-25% travel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
