Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in patient support, pharma/healthcare sales or reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance structures (Medicare Part B, Medicaid, commercial).
• HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality expertise.
• Willingness to travel 20–25% and reside in the New England South territory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information to HCPs on patient access, including benefit verification and prior authorization.
• Analyze access trends and identify barriers to patient access.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Market Access and others to enable access.
• Monitor payer trends and educate field teams on access processes.
• Coordinate hub enrollment, patient support and escalation of access issues.
