The role partners with field sales, patient support, and market access teams to address access barriers, monitor payer trends, and train field teams in a remote environment with up to 25% travel across the New England/South territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in patient support, pharmaceutical/healthcare sales or reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part B, Medicaid and commercial insurance structures.
• HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality expertise.
• Willingness to travel 20-25% and reside in the New England South territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on patient access, benefits verification and prior authorization in live and virtual formats.
• Analyze access trends and identify barriers to patient access.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support payer coverage and patient satisfaction.
• Educate field teams and HCPs on hub programs and patient support resources.
• Escalate access issues with third parties and address specialty pharmacy concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional and national market dynamics and payer policies.
