Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a Federal Strategic Account Executive (Civilian) based in the Washington, D.C. area (remote options considered) with ~50% travel.

You will lead strategy, positioning, and sales across federal accounts, enabling agencies to modernize operations and deliver safer outcomes. You’ll own GTM plans, shape opportunities, and collaborate with product, engineering, and federal stakeholders to ensure reliability, security and scale.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to federal agencies is highly valued.
• Ability to navigate long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own federal territory by identifying, qualifying, and shaping strategic opportunities across priority agencies.
• Develop and execute account strategies that position Axon as the trusted technology partner for federal law enforcement.
• Lead complex solution sales by translating mission requirements into Axon solutions.
• Engage executive-level stakeholders and build durable relationships with decision-makers across federal agencies.
• Drive the full capture lifecycle from opportunity shaping to negotiations and close.
