Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale deployments for Strategic Enterprise customers worldwide. You will own programs end-to-end, partnering with product, engineering and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into clear plans and successful outcomes.

This role requires delivering in high-visibility, fast-moving environments with 30-50% travel domestically, remote within the United States, and reporting to the Sr Director of Professional Service,

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex technical programs in enterprise SaaS or hardware-enabled platforms.
• Strong program management fundamentals: scope, schedule, risk, dependencies.
• Experience partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-moving environments and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication for executive, technical, and customer audiences.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality, scalable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs for Strategic and Global customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to translate requirements into plans.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and changes to keep delivery on track.
• Mentor peers and promote continuous improvement in delivery.
