Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Federal Software Program Manager to direct large-scale deployments for federal government and public safety clients. This fully remote role carries end-to-end accountability for governance, P&L, and client satisfaction.

The position requires cross-functional leadership, strong proposal experience, and familiarity with federal contracting. Up to 50% travel across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in software project or program management for large-scale software solutions.
• Experience leading federal government software contracts strongly preferred; equivalent regulated industries also considered.
• Familiarity with federal contracting practices and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale, enterprise software deployments for federal government and public safety clients.
• Own program governance, financial performance (P&L), and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multi-project portfolios across North America.
• Develop and refine proposals, effort estimates, and win strategies for federal procurements.
• Collaborate with internal growth teams to deliver mission-critical software solutions.
