Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Federal Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget and timelines for government programs. You will interface with Federal Market Solutions and government customers to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires a PM background, ability to work remotely with up to 25% travel, and US work authorization. Onboarding may involve travel-related orientation per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) with 7+ years of PM or software delivery experience.
• HS Diploma/GED with 11+ years of PM or software delivery experience.
• Must pass Government background check for a T3 Public Trust.
• Experience with DoD/VA healthcare environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time, within budget, and aligned with program objectives.
• Implement revenue cycle, clinician solutions, and procurement initiatives with the Federal Government.
• Manage partner relationships between Federal Market Solutions and government customers.
• Assist in development of new proposals to win future Government awards.
• Perform other related tasks in support of Solventum Federal Market Solutions.
