Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in the United States is seeking a Software Project Manager to lead cross-functional software implementation projects remotely, ensuring alignment with PM standards and customer requirements. You will manage stakeholders, schedules, risks, and reports, coordinate installations, and advise on IT and network needs.

Travel ~5–10% may be required. PMP certification is a plus, Bachelor's degree with 3 years' related experience (or Master’s with 1 year).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 3 years of project management experience, or a Master’s with 1 year.
• Proven PM experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or ERP software is preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~5–10% to visit customers and meetings.
• PMP certification is a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional software implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage stakeholders, schedules, deliverables, risks, and action items.
• Maintain client and partner relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide installation activity reports and forecast control.
• Coordinate equipment and licensing deliveries for timely installation.
• Review purchase orders and follow up on special requirements.
• Advise on complex facility requirements including IT and server needs.
• Support customers during implementation of predefined concepts.
• Work with high-visibility customers and projects.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and mitigate risks.
