Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help healthcare clients deploy and optimize software solutions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver project milestones, configure and test the application environment, and ensure a smooth go-live.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of software implementation experience (healthcare preferred) or a high school diploma with 7+ years. Travel up to 25% and remote work are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 3+ years direct experience with support of software and/or implementation of software (healthcare preferred).
• High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years direct experience with support of software and/or implementation of software (healthcare preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to complete project deliverables and implementations.
• Configure, test and validate the application environment with clients.
• Lead issue resolution and communicate changes to clients and internal teams.
• Train system administrators and end users.
• Provide go-live support and testing.
