Solventum is seeking a Digital Solutions, Team Lead to guide a support team delivering digital healthcare solutions. Based remotely with potential travel, this role partners with Sales, Clinical Support, IT, Operations and Product to drive improvements and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires 1 year of leadership or mentoring, plus 2+ years in customer or digital solutions support. A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years in customer service or digital solutions support.
• High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years in similar roles.
• One year of leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience.
• Experience supporting customers through phone, email, and web-based channels.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and development for Digital Solutions Support reps.
• Monitor service levels, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Resolve complex inquiries across phone, email, and web channels.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical Support, IT, Operations, and Product teams to drive improvements.
• Support user acceptance testing and deployment for Express Therapy Portal and other digital healthcare solutions.
