Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive successful healthcare software implementations. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver project outcomes, configure and validate the environment, and train end users for smooth go-lives.

The role requires healthcare implementation experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Remote work is supported, with onboarding and compliance requirements as part of the process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience supporting healthcare software implementations.
High School Diploma or higher with substantial software/implementation experience in healthcare.
Knowledge of hospital and/or professional healthcare coding workflow.
Two+ years in a client-facing implementation role.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver project deliverables and implementations.
Configure, test, and validate the application environment.
Lead issue resolution and document findings with clients and internal teams.
Train system administrators and end users.
Lead testing and go-live support.
