Job summary

Solventum seeks an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our Health Information Systems effort. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive deployment, configuration, testing, and go-live support for our healthcare software solutions.

Requires a Bachelor’s or higher or 7+ years experience in software implementation, plus at least 2 years of client-facing work in healthcare IT. Travel up to 25% and ability to pass a government background check are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher and three combined years direct experience with support of software and/or implementation (preferably in a healthcare setting).
• OR High School Diploma/GED or higher with 7 combined years direct experience with support of software and/or implementation (preferably in a healthcare setting).
• Minimum of two combined years of working knowledge of hospital and/or professional healthcare coding workflow
• Minimum of two years in a client-facing implementation role
• Ability to travel
• Must be able to complete a Government background check for a position of T3 Public Trust

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver project requirements and implementation needs.
• Assess current state workflows and validate future state fit with project objectives.
• Configure, test and validate the application environment with clients.
• Lead issue resolution and communicate changes to clients and internal teams.
• Perform problem isolation and root cause analysis with support teams.
• Train system administrators and end users.
• Lead testing and go-live support and coordinate with customer teams on changes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new features and contribute to evolution of implementation tools.
