Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 3 years of software implementation experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of software implementation experience.
• 2+ years knowledge of hospital or professional healthcare coding workflow.
• 2+ years in a client-facing implementation role.
• Ability to travel.
• Must pass Government background check for a position of T3 Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to complete project deliverables and implementation needs.
• Assess current workflows and validate future state fits with project objectives.
• Configure, test and validate the application environment with clients and team members.
• Lead issue resolution and communicate resolutions to clients and internal teams.
• Perform problem isolation and coordinate root cause analysis with support teams.
• Train system administrators and end users.
• Lead testing and go-live support.
• Interact with customers on issue resolution and configuration changes.
• Stay updated on new features and implementation options.
• Contribute to evolution of implementation infrastructure with updated materials and tools.
