Job summary

Noblis is seeking Project Managers to facilitate telecom service orders for the FAA, focusing on non-technical aspects. They are responsible for developing a project plan based on a standard template for each assigned service order project.

They oversee all aspects of project management required for successful completion of assigned service order projects, including integration, scope, schedule, quality, resources, stakeholders, communication and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related PM experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to apply standard PM templates.
• Experience with FAA programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telecom service orders for the FAA.
• Develop project plans based on templates.
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• QA/QC over FAA Enterprise Project Management tools.
