Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience managing projects.
• Master’s degree with 3 years of experience acceptable.
• Associates degree with 8 years experience acceptable.
• High school degree and 10 years experience acceptable.
• Understanding of telecommunications and FAA processes.
• Excellent communications and coordination within and across teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and know when to ask for clarification to meet deadlines.
• Salary Range: $71,800 - $112,150.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telecom service orders for FAA.
• Prepare cost estimates, funding memos, and task orders.
• Coordinate submissions to the Requirements Change Board.
• Support documentation and filing in the Schedule Change Board (SCB).
• Track IPSF through the IPSF Peer Review Team.
• Assist Engineers in interfacing with customers and stakeholders.
• Verify telecom service requests meet FAA requirements.
