Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Federal Project Manager to oversee deployment of mission-critical systems for DoD initiatives. The role supports remote work from anywhere in the U.S. with 50%+ travel, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

You will lead cross-functional teams, draft SOWs, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering on revenue targets. A DHS clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in LMR, Engineering, PM, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversees deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Leads cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Directs full project lifecycle from initiation to handoff, monitoring performance metrics.
