Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Federal Project Manager to oversee deployment and lifecycle of DoD-focused IT/mobile systems. This role supports remote work nationwide with 50%+ travel and requires U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, draft SOWs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining DHS credentials and contract compliance. PMP preferred and strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of experience in LMR, Engineering, PM, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• U.S. work authorization; no sponsorship for this role.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrades.
• Direct the project lifecycle from initiation to completion with metrics tracking.
• Ensure delivery within timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Draft SOWs, change orders, and bids for system integration initiatives.
• Engage in reviews and status meetings; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation for internal reviews and external updates.
• Apply PM frameworks to maximize operational efficiency and drive performance.
