Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience deploying IT communication systems.
• Experience administering government/public sector contracts.
• Background in roles like Project Lead/Engineer/Senior Technician is desirable.
• Strong communication, planning, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Leads cross-functional teams for launching new solutions or upgrades.
• Manages full project lifecycle from initiation to handoff with performance monitoring.
• Ensures delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Drafts SOWs, change orders, and bids for system integration initiatives.
• Maintains documentation and communicates progress to stakeholders.
