Motorola Solutions Federal Division is seeking a Federal Project Manager to support DoD initiatives. The role offers flexible remote work from anywhere in the United States with significant travel (50%+). You will lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end projects, and ensure performance to contract requirements.

Ideal candidates have PMP, experience deploying IT communication systems, and government contracts. Eligible for DHS clearance; travel to DoD sites will be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in LMR, Engineering, PM, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.

Mansioni

• Oversee deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Direct full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Ensure delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Draft and manage statements of work and vendor/subcontractor performance.
