Motorola Solutions Federal Division seeks a Federal Project Manager to support DoD initiatives. The role offers flexible remote work within the United States and requires 50%+ travel.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the full project lifecycle, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of mission-critical communications systems. Ideal candidates have PMP certification (preferred), a proven record in deploying IT and government contracts, and strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; sponsorship not available.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance for government contracts.
• Willingness to travel 50% across the continental U.S.
• Must reside in the contiguous United States with access to a major airport.

• Oversees deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Leads cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Manages the entire project lifecycle from initiation through completion or handoff.
• Ensures delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Drafts SOWs and directs vendor and subcontractor performance.
• Maintains documentation and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Prepares executive-level presentations and status updates.
