Job summary

The Motorola Solutions Federal Division seeks a Federal Project Manager to lead deployment of mission-critical IT and public safety solutions across the U.S. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage the full lifecycle from initiation to handoff, ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards, and draft SOWs, change orders, and bids for system integration.

Travel up to 50% domestically is expected; candidates must obtain DHS Public Trust clearance and reside in the contiguous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of experience in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; no sponsorship.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Direct the full project lifecycle from initiation through completion or handoff, monitoring performance metrics.
