Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Federal Project Manager to lead deployment of mission-critical IT and public-safety systems for Department of Defense initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and manage contractual requirements across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have PMP, government contracting experience, and are able to travel at least 50% across the continental United States. The role supports remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in LMR, Engineering, PM, Technical Services, Government/Public Safety.
• PMP certification strongly preferred and DHS clearance eligibility a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Leads cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Manages full project lifecycle from initiation to handoff; tracks timelines, budget, and quality.
