Job summary

Motorola Solutions Federal Division seeks a seasoned Federal Project Manager to oversee deployment and integration of mission-critical IT and comms systems for government clients. This role supports DoD initiatives and offers flexible remote work from anywhere in the U.S. with substantial travel to meet program needs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, draft SOWs, and communicate with stakeholders. A PMP and government contracting experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willing to travel 50%+ across the continental U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and implementation of Motorola products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade systems.
• Direct full project lifecycle from initiation to handoff with metrics.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budgets and quality standards.
• Draft SOWs, manage subcontractors and schedules.
