Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, or Public Safety.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain necessary security clearance for government contracts.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship not available.
• Reside in contiguous U.S. with access to a major airport; travel >50% across the continental U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Direct the project lifecycle from initiation through completion with monitoring of performance metrics.
• Draft SOWs and manage vendor/subcontractor performance to contract specifications.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
