Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Federal Project Manager to support DoD initiatives. The role involves leading deployment of products, managing cross-functional teams, and guiding projects from initiation through completion with strict timelines and budgets.

Remote within the U.S. with proximity to a major airport and 50%+ travel. Must have PMP and experience with government contracts; security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Direct the full project lifecycle from initiation to handoff, monitoring performance metrics.
