Motorola Solutions Federal Division is recruiting a Federal Project Manager to supervise deployments of mission-critical IT and public-safety communications solutions for DoD initiatives. The role supports flexible remote work across the United States, with 50%+ travel to various sites and DoD contract administration.

The ideal candidate has PMP credentials, a proven track record in deploying government contracts, and strong leadership, risk, and financial oversight skills to deliver projects on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of experience in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety
• US work authorization; no sponsorship
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance as required

Responsabilités

• Oversee deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Direct full project lifecycle from initiation to completion with metrics.
• Ensure delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Draft statements of work, negotiate PO outcomes, coordinate installation schedules.
• Manage budgets, revenue goals, and equipment inventory.
• Prepare technical proposals, change orders, and bids for system integration.
• Communicate progress in reviews and with stakeholders.
